Lori Myers made our home sale and purchase of our new home the absolute best experience we could have ever dreamt of. Lori was extremely attentive to our requests. She provided valuable inputs, to help us get a reasonable offer and explained the buying/selling process as we proceeded. She was always quick to respond, and did an excellent job of staying on top of the other agent.

Lori did a wonderful job for us. She gave us suggestions about the most efficient ways to get our home ready for sale and did walkthroughs with us to ensure we were ready for the listing day. I guess we were ready since the first offer came about 6 hours after the listing was announced. That offer was above asking price and we accepted it. That allowed us to concentrate on boxing up our belongings and work towards moving day. The new owners would have been great fun to socialize with if we were staying in the area - that tells me that Lori understood which buyers would be perfect for our home. Closing was easy and the $ was exactly what Lori had anticipated that it would be. Thank you Lori for all your hard work! We really appreciate it!

Lori was wonderful to work with. Our house was sold 6 hours after it was posted. She provided us with excellent information prior to listing our house. Lori communicated with us very well about status updates and paperwork. Lori quickly answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Lori as a realtor when you sell your home!
